eBusiness Sector Study (eBiz)

Short description

The Sectoral e-Business W@tch study, focusing on Hospital Activities, describes how information and communication technologies (ICT) are used in European hospitals. It also assesses the impact of this development for hospitals and the health sector as a whole, and indicates possible implications for health policies. The analysis is based on literature review, interviews, case studies and a survey among decision-makers in European Hospitals about the use of ICT in their institution.
