export PDFeUser - Public Online Services and User Orientation
As part of eUser, a multi-country survey of the general population was conducted in 2005. The survey addressed different topics relating to public services, ICTs and the online provision of services. The survey inquired into the citizens’ access and use of basic information and communication technology (ICT) equipment and the Internet, attitudes towards technology in general and the Internet in particular, interaction with providers of services of public interest in the areas health, education/training/learning and public administration, and usage of online communication in this context.
